You can request a listing on TravelWisconsin.com by submitting your information to our database.  

Listings not only provide valuable information to travelers, but the Travel Wisconsin team uses the information in our listings to inform work across our program areas:

• It populates our website directories.  
• Our marketing team leverages it for campaign and publication ideas.  
• Our public relations team uses it in publicity materials and interviews.  
• Our customer service team refers to it when answering traveler questions.  
• It’s used in promotions.  
   

At-a-Glance CRITERIA

• Attractions, businesses and events must be tourism-related, draw travelers from outside the local community and generate economic impact.  
• Attractions, businesses and events listed need to be open to the public.  
• Listings must provide opportunities that a leisure traveler may be interested in.  
   

Database Access Update

Access to manage place and event listings or submit new businesses, attractions and event listings is temporarily unavailable while we perform system maintenance. Submission forms will return once maintenance is complete, which is scheduled for February 2026. 

Seasonal report access will remain available throughout the maintenance period. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we complete this maintenance.  

During this time, critical updates can be submitted through this form. Our team can make urgent updates on your behalf in the following cases: 

• Canceled events  
• Closed businesses: For businesses that have permanently or temporarily (2+ months) closed 
• Time-sensitive changes to location or event dates: Update event locations or rescheduled dates 
• Inaccurate details or images: Remove any factually incorrect information or photos
