Governor's Council on Tourism

The Council - 21 strong, most appointed by the Governor (with four standing spots for legislators), representing all walks of tourism life, all experienced in marketing - helps us do our job by sharing their insights with us. They’re our sounding board as we develop our annual tourism plans. And members also serve on subcommittees dedicated to grant reviews, general marketing, meetings and conventions, and sports marketing. The Council also serves as a direct point of communication for you, so meet the Council.
