Midwest Renewable Energy Association (MREA) Home of the world’s largest renewable energy and sustainable living fair held every June in Custer, Wisconsin (near Stevens Point). MREA also coordinates the National Solar Tour for Wisconsin the first week in October, offering on-site visits to businesses and residences that feature energy conservation or renewable energy systems.
Wisconsin Focus on Engery Works with eligible Wisconsin residents and businesses to install cost effective energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. Focus on information, resources and financial incentives help to implement projects that otherwise would not be completed. Its efforts help Wisconsin residents and businesses manage rising energy costs, promote in-state economic development, protect our environment and control the state's growing demand for electricity and natural gas.
