Application
To make this process as smooth as possible for you, we’ve created an Application Form as a Word document. Click on this link, save the document to your computer, and then just type in your information.
We’ll need seven copies of the typed application itself. Any additional documentation or presentation materials should not be affixed to the applications; just include one copy of those additional materials. Please staple the applications rather than putting them in binders.
Grants will be reviewed quarterly. Deadlines for submitting your application are:
- January 1
- April 1
- July 1
- October 1
Remember to have your application signed by the director or president of the local Chamber of Commerce or Convention & Visitor Bureau.

Post-Event Report
Within 90 days of the event’s completion, you’ll need to submit a completed Post-Event Report and survey.
Once this report is received, we’ll then pay the remaining funds to cover expenses approved in the application. Remember, if your event is profitable, you’ll be required to repay either 50% of the grant or 50% of the profit, whichever is less.
